Description
The MGI MGISTP-7000RS Sample Transfer Processing System, manufactured in November 2020, is a high-throughput automated solution designed for laboratories requiring efficient handling of samples. This system integrates tube decapping and recapping, barcode identification, and automated liquid transfer, offering enhanced nucleic acid detection through its capability to transfer 192 samples into 96-Well Microplates in just 40 minutes. Safety is ensured with dual HEPA filtration and a UV light system. Despite its extensive functionality, including air displacement pipetting and negative pressure protection, the unit is in excellent condition with minimal cosmetic damage—a cracked front door panel and minor dent on the left side panel. The system includes a computer and software for robust operation and offers excellent reliability with features such as automatic barcode data storage in the ZLIMS system.
