Why do some websites say “Call for quote” REUZEIt shows the price?
Our websites are designed for easy online purchasing and instant shipping quotes; and our 30-day money back guarantee means your purchase is essentially risk free.
We do not buy and resell, the equipment for sale on our web page is on consignment.
Where does REUZEit get all this equipment?
All equipment is surplus from the global clients enrolled in the REUZEit Surplus Asset Management Platform.
REUZEit removes equipment from hundreds of different sites belonging to our global clients.
Is the equipment decontaminated when I receive it?
Yes, by law all equipment is decontaminated before it leaves the laboratory. However, it’s always a good idea for you to ensure that all used equipment you acquire is decontaminated using decon standards you require.
Do you offer consignment and what is the fee?
Yes, we do offer consignment. The fee is a sliding scale dependent on the price of the item. The more valuable the item, the more money you get to keep! Contact our sales team to find out more!
Do you purchase pre-owned lab equipment?
Yes, but we prefer consignment. At our discretion, we may purchase lab equipment providing the fastest option for capital recovery. However, due to the additional risk with used equipment, your recovery will be higher using our consignment options.
Do you offer financing on your equipment?
We currently offer financing in our USA location. We are working on setting up equipment financing option in Europe.
Can I visit your facility to view the equipment in person?
Yes, please contact us email or call to make an appointment at your nearest location.
In Southern, California: We are conveniently located off the 15 freeway about 90 minutes south of LAX and 45 minutes from San Diego Airport. (Google Maps link – USA)

Do you test your equipment before it sells?
Yes! All items that come into our facility are triaged, and assigned a class based on condition unless otherwise noted as an “As-Is” item, in which case testing may not be possible. Items that are sold with our warranty are again inspected for basic function before shipping to you!
How long does it take to Ship my item that I just paid for?
Since we do a final service inspection before shipping your item, handling time varies depended on products purchased. Most orders pass through our service department and are shipped within 1-5 business days. More complex systems, like Mass Specs, Analyzers, Sequencers may require longer times. Please contact one of sales reps to discuss your specific needs!
Do you offer refurbishment, calibration and installation services? Can you also provide service contracts on your equipment?
Yes! We offer a number of added refurbishment and installation service, we utilize a network of certified 3rd party vendors that are able to setup equipment at your site, perform qualification services and offer PM and service contracts based on your needs.
What does your 30-day warranty cover?
If issues arise with items advertised with our 30-day warranty we will offer to either have parts and labor covered to fix the issue (up to the item’s sale price), send a replacement unit, or accept a return of our equipment (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs). The warranty period starts the day the item is received.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! If the item was sold with a 30-day warranty and arrives damaged, or non-functional, you have 30 days (starting on date received) to initiate a return. If the item is sold AS-IS, sales are final with NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
What happens if my lab is not setup in time to use the equipment within the first 30 days of the purchased item being shipped to me?
We understand each project and business is unique. Please contact us immediately and notify your sales rep about the situation. We will not extend warranties past the original 30 days without written consent.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, our shipping team is experienced in international shipments. From small boxes to large crates, our team can handle it all with care!
Do you accept PO’s as payment?
Yes, we can accept purchase orders from government agencies, universities and companies that maintain consistent business with us. Please contact us if you have questions to see if you qualify.
We are a reseller, do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We believe that if we unite as a community, instead of being competitors, we can provide a better experience for all buyers in used equipment markets. Deeper discounts for repeat and volume purchases. Please contact our sales team to find out more!
Do you provide lab moving assistance?
Yes! We have a highly experienced, dedicated in-house project team that specializes in helping laboratories across the world close, move and set up labs. From small 1,000 sq. ft labs to 5,000,000 sq. ft multi-building sites, we can handle it all.
