The Dayton MAXNC 10 CNC Mini Mill machine is a closed-loop version of the MAXNC 10 machine, utilizing the MAXNC new CL2motion system for control. This CNC machine is capable of much more power and speed than the open-loop version, offering precise control for tasks such as continuous contouring operations. The machine operates at up to 50 inches per minute with the standard 20 threads per inch screws and the anti-backlash BSA lead screws are included in the model. The MAXNC 10 CL runs 4 axes from a single parallel port from any PC 66 MHz or faster and can function from both DOS and WINDOWS. Its features and capabilities make it ideal for the fabrication of aluminum components for a range of scientific and industrial applications. The CNC control reads encoders at a rate of over 60,000 times a second, allowing for highly accurate feedback and motor control, which is essential for applications such as precision machining and manufacturing.
