The Thermo 990 Ultra Low Freezer provides dependable sample protection with a temperature range from -50C to -86C. Tested to reach -77C, this used model offers 23 cu. ft. of storage and has a sturdy cold-rolled steel construction with a stainless-steel interior. It features a centralized microprocessor control and monitoring system which enhances temperature stability and reserve BTUH capacity. The unique double door design allows for easy access to frequently used samples at the top while preserving long-term storage below. This unit includes an ergonomic door handle with an integrated padlock-compatible key lock. Optional CO2 or LN2 safety systems ensure additional sample protection during power or mechanical failures. Despite minor wear and slight rust on the shelves from regular use, it remains in very good working condition. Comes with a 30-day warranty.
