Description
The EMD Millipore Guava EasyCyte 8HT Flow Cytometer, made in the United States, is a versatile and dynamic benchtop analyzer designed for comprehensive cell analysis. This used unit operates with 3 lasers (blue 488 nm and red 640 nm), providing up to 6-color detection. It features a robotic sample tray for high-throughput analysis, handling a 96-well microplate and up to 10 sample tubes for expanded research capabilities. The flow cytometer includes intuitive guavaSoft operating software with assay-specific modules for simplified data analysis, exporting data in FCS 2.0 or 3.0 formats. This powerful system offers microcapillary fluidics, eliminating the need for sheath fluid, and allows precise direct absolute counting. Note that the unit has been fully tested but shows a bent door at the bottom as seen in photos. Power cord and software are included; however, a computer is not included.
