The Thermo Scientific™ Exactive™ Plus benchtop LC-MS is a high-resolution, accurate-mass (HR/AM) full-scan mass spectrometer that provides mass resolution up to 140,000 at m/z 200. This advanced equipment is ideally suited for food safety and environmental analysis, forensic toxicology and clinical research, as well as drug metabolism studies. It offers a routine sub-ppm mass accuracy and has the ability to perform full-scan MS analysis and all-ion fragmentation with multiple dissociation techniques. The optional extended mass range (EMR) system is an outstanding platform for biopharmaceutical and biological research, allowing for the analysis of monoclonal antibodies, antibody drug conjugates, protein assemblies, and other proteins in their native states. The system is fitted with advanced and sensitive features such as the Thermo Scientific Ion Max API Source, advanced ion optics, and unique hardware specifications which enhance sensitivity, efficiency, and ruggedness of the equipment.
