The Applikon My-Control is our most advanced bioreactor controller designed for small scale bioreactors with a working volume starting at 50 ml. This versatile system can control bioreactors up to a total volume of 3 L, making it suitable for both cell culture and microbial cultures. Manufactured in 2012, this controller is in very good condition, functioning as intended with little to some cosmetic damage. It supports warranty and passes function tests with no error messages. The My-Control offers precise control over various parameters such as pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, agitation, foam, and level. It also supports optional inputs such as capacitive biomass, fluorophor pH, and fluorophor dissolved oxygen, smart sensors, balances, and optical density sensors. The controller features PID control with selectable autotuning adaptive control, providing accuracy and reliability. It can actuate up to 6 variable speed pumps or micro addition valves, along with mass flow controllers or solenoid valves for gas flow control. The electrical bioreactor heating, cooling, and condenser cooling are achieved via Peltier elements, offering efficient temperature management. The spare I/O includes 8 digital outputs and 4 analog outputs (0/4 - 20 mA), enhancing flexibility and control. With its advanced capabilities, the My-Control is ideal for applications requiring precise and reliable bioreactor control.
